Mom found a typo and doesnt know how to contact the people to fix it. In Proverbs 29:24 KJV, the word BEWRAYETH is misspelled BETRAYETH. The T needs to be changed to a W. As for the App itself, it is well liked a lot, as well as the colored buttons for the books of the Bible.

I have owned Laridian products for over a decade. They are so fair that they let you use any product you purchase on any platform. Customer service is the best. I love this company.

Ive been a customer for a long time, probably ten years or more, and have used the software on a variety of platforms ranging from a pocket pc to an iPad. First, all purchases carry over to all platforms. This is amazing, and generous. I wish more publishers followed this example. The same bibles I purchases years ago still work, no extra cost. The software is not totally intuitive, but can be learned very quickly and is effective for its purpose. You can easily navigate multiple translations, study guides, and so forth. Great selection of study guides and bibles. It is quick to navigate books of the bible so you can follow along in church. Lastly, I love that its multi platform. I have Apple devices, Microsoft devices, and Google devices. This software is available on all of them, and has all my content and at no extra cost. Im not being forced into an ecosystem. I can this awesome app on the right device for the situation.

For teaching I bought this Laridian product for a Palm Pilot (no smart phones back then). It worked well. Then I got it for a Palm Treo that, with Blackberry, were the first smart phones. It was improved, easy to use, and responsive. Now I have it on my iPhone. Theyve taken advantage of the improved functions, speed and displays of new smartphones. Its easier with more choices. The real surprise, though, is I could effectively "port" from my Palm Treo to my iPhone at no additional cost. At first I could not figure out how to do it. It was just too simple. This is a first-class company with a first-class product.

Ive been using the Laridian Pocket Bible for years and years, and it is truly my favorite Bible App. An issue has developed with the iOS 7 upgrade on my iPad. When Im selecting a new scripture, after choosing the book, it cuts off the side of the number selections. Example: select Hebrews, then try to select chapter 7 or 8 or 9 or 10, they are not available. The next option is 11. Happens with other chapter numbers too. Please fix. Thank you!

Great app except that Laridian takes forever to release updates. There are annoying and obvious bugs with this app and they still havent updated it to support iOS 7! If you want a company that fixes bugs quickly, dont go with Laridians PocketBible. Also Laridian is the only major bible company I know of that refuses to offer student discounts. Logos, Accordance, etc. all offer student discounts but nope, not Laridian.

I dislike the new iOS7 design -- thought the previous design was much more attractive. But I really, really like the new Journal feature! Its great for preparing lessons within the app.

The new version of PB is amazing! It may have taken them awhile to update it, but only because they want to do it right!

I have been using this app way back to my days of using a Palm device. It was great then and only grows better! I has tremendously helped my Bible study and I have recommended it to dozens of friends & they are now enjoying it too. I love the changes for iOS7, the improvements in speed (I use notes), and the ability to name colors, underlining features. These changes are great for inductive study. It looks like this update has convinced me to finally update my iPhone to iOS7. I updated my iPad a while back, but was holding off updating my phone. Thanks Laridian! Cant wait for your Mac version!

I have loved this app for years...until this release. It works on my iPhone but locks up on my iPad every time now. Im looking forward to that being remedied.

The absolute best Bible study app in town!!!

I have been using this app since I got the iPad and I loved it so much. But after update there is few really annoying features. For example at Bk/Ch/Vs selection: there is 9 chapters/verses per row! Why 9? It is harder to find desired one! I hope it will be switched to 10 per row as before. Also, there is no Cancel on chapter/verse selection view. I really need it. I hope this will be fixed and that will turn this app again to one of the top usefull apps!

Ive been waiting a long time for this update. It was worth the wait, the updates to the basic version are impressive. I upgraded to the advanced and its even more impressive. The overall feature set makes this one of the top two Bible study apps. The other one is Olive Tree, both have features the other dont which I like. Olive Tree gets the edge with more content available. Laridian has an advantage with the audio feature. I highly recommend this app with the advanced feature set. I loved the old iconography and was not looking forward to the new one when I read in an email prior to the update it was going to be changed. However, after updating the logo is beautiful and is my favorite icon of all the apps I have including the Apple apps. Way to go Laridian. Ive been a supporter of Laridian since the original windows mobile device (non-phone). May God bless, protect and provide for you and your family. His will be done. In Jesus Name, Amen.

This is the best Bible app available, especially with the new updates. It does everything a Bible app is supposed to do and looks amazing. Thank you for this great product. Pocket Bible truly helps me with my walk with God!!!

This new update made a great app better then I thought possible. I have a number of other Bible apps, but Laridian just went to the top of the chart with this update. It took a while but they did it right.

This latest update is the GREATEST!!! They have fixed the note crashing. This great Bible app has done something that no other Bible app could do, in that it has allowed me to remove the other 10 paid Bible apps from my iPad Air. Now, I only have need for two Bible apps on my iPad. Thanks Laridian! You deserve 5 stars. ***** People need to recognize just how great PocketBible is.

Been using Pocketbible for some time. Love the sync capability between my IPhone, my IPad and my PC. Just wish the program could support PDF attachments to my personal notes. Great app!
